The EG122SN has three colored LEDs. These are used to visualize various system information.

System LED - Green

Sequence

Description

Off

System idle.

Flash briefly every 5 seconds

System Hearbeat

Can be activated in the advanced settings of the web configuration.

Permanent glow

The system software is initialized.

Flash three times briefly (100ms)

Pause (1000ms)

Setup mode

The device is ready for initial setup via the browser.

Uniform flashing (1000ms)

Services are started.

Uniform flashing (250ms)

Update or recovery is performed.

Example

  1. Power supply connected
  2. All LEDs are off for about 15 seconds. Hardware is being initialized and firmware drivers are being loaded.
  3. The blue LED is permanently lit for about 20 seconds. The operating system starts and loads the software stack. The WLAN network scan is visualized through the orange LED.
  4. The software stack is loaded. The further startup process is visualized through the green LED (setup mode, service start, etc.).
  5. If necessary, the blue LED starts blinking as no system button has been programmed for the controller software.
