To be able to perform a factory reset of the gateway, a keyboard must be connected. It is important that the keyboard has a volume up key. Otherwise case can be opened and the internal button with the + can be used. 

During system startup the blue LED starts to light up. Now start pressing and releasing the volume up button (faster than once a second). Repeat this until the green LED starts to light up. This will take about 30 seconds. 

A few seconds after you stop pressing the button, all LEDs should start flashing 10 times. Within this time the power supply can be disconnected to cancel the reset. 

After the factory reset the gateway starts in setup mode, admin password, all devices and IoT exports must be created again!
