The Web Portal is an access possibility to your touch system from any computer (within the same network). The main task of the web portal is the provision of a data exchange possibility. This includes for example configuration files of PCT14, log files that give information about the state of the system as well as the transfer of sensor data to third party systems.

To start the web portal, you first need the IP address of the server. You can find it by clicking on the two arrows at the bottom right of your Touch, then clicking on the connection information. Now enter the IP address in the search bar of your browser. After entering, you will be asked for a password, which is often the Team Viewer password. The password can be changed by the user at any time (System/Setup).

If you forgot the password or want to change it, there are two ways to do this. For the first possibility you need the master password, which is written on the back of the device or on the license paper. The name for this is "PASS". You then enter this key in the browser under the "Forgot password" button in the upper text field. In the lower text field you then enter the new password and then click the "Change password" button.

The second option, perform directly in the BSC-Connect. To change the password, go to "Client" under "Configuration" and then click on "BSC-Connect Mobile". Then make a right click and select "Password". Now enter your new password and save it.

The System section is again divided into four different areas. The first area is called "Status", where you can see various pieces of information about the system. You can also restart the system or shut down the device here.

Via "Files" you have access to saved documents that you exported/imported. You can also use this area to download or upload files or documents.

You can locate the icons for creating a new folder or performing an upload/download in the upper right corner of the window.

The following section "Setup" is used to change or reset the admin account data. Once you reset the admin data, the email and password will be deleted.

Under the IOT Export section you can connect to other external systems. You have the possibility to control the other systems from here. You can also read out their sensor values. To create a template click on "Select template", then click on the "Plus" in the upper right corner and enter the corresponding data.

If you are an experienced user, you will find more setting options in the advanced settings that you can view. If you activate them, you will get another setting option, which you can activate. After you have activated both settings, the device will restart once.

Under the "Software" tab you will find the menu items "Status" and "IoT Export". Under the "Status" menu item, you can see the current version status and whether updates are available.

Under the menu item IoT Export you can see your set up IoT Export Templates.
