Commissioning

  • Connect the external power supply to a 230V socket and connect it to the BSC-Connect Touch, the blue LED indicates the power supply
  • To simplify the configuration of the BSC-Connect software, you can connect a keyboard and mouse to the USB ports or use touch input.
  • Alternatively, you can connect to the BSC-Connect Touch with a PC via remote control (VNC) over network to make the configuration
  • For using the cross-over cable, we recommend assigning a fixed IP address. More details in the corresponding chapter.

After that you can switch on the BSC-Connect Touch, if this has not already been done. During start-up you will see the following dialog:

If required, you can switch to recovery mode here to reset the system to factory settings. If no entry is made, the BSC-Connect Touch continues to boot after 10 seconds. The BSC-Connect software is already installed and starts automatically after switching on:
